I was impressed when we first came here. I am a retired geriatric nurse. I spent about 22-23 years working in that field. I worked in some nursing homes that were not run very well at all. When my husband first came here and when I saw how well he was cared for I would give this place a 5 star. He has never been hurt. He is treated well, and I am treated well. He is treated with love. I witness CNA’s just go down to see him just to talk to him and give him hugs even though he was not on their hall. Everyone here cares. I am just impressed because I have seen and worked in bad homes back in the day. I see attentiveness here. When I take him out on a family outing they are always are very careful to help me and I never have to ask for help twice. I cannot come see him every day because I live far and I rely on the staff. They never make decisions without me signing off on it and I like that. They also explain everything to me, and I appreciate that they will reach out and explain whether I am here or not. I see nothing but kindness and love here.

My mother has been at Ridgeview Village for about a year and half, and we couldn’t be more pleased with her care and living arrangements. I never thought I would have to place my mother in a nursing home, but Ridgeview has helped us make the best of an unforeseen situation. My mother has adjusted well with the help of the amazing staff. Everyone is SO helpful, from housekeeping to the nurses and CNA’s, physical therapists, the management team…and the activities they provide keep her busy and happy. She has become quite the bingo player and they have live music weekly along with many other things. She especially likes the country drives with ice cream and going to the movies. Ridgeview has made me and my family feel like we can rest at night, every night, knowing she is so well taken care of. Ridgeview is a blessing to my mother and our family, we couldn’t ask for more.

I would like to let you know that I am incredibly pleased with the care my grandmother is receiving at Ridgeview Village. She has received therapy for strengthening. She requires help with her care and the staff is extremely helpful and kind to her. When we come to visit, she is well dressed and clean. The staff communicate with me about her care and her needs. She compliments the food when I come to see her, and when I stay for meals, it looks delicious. The building is clean inside and out. She truly enjoys going on outings with the other residents. We get to enjoy going out to eat and to Walmart. She enjoys playing bingo and having her nails painted and listening to music. Communication between the nurses and doctor to the family is wonderful. I would recommend this facility to other loved ones. Thank you for caring for my grandmother.

My mother was previously at Ridgeview Village for therapy. She was there for almost a month, and I was horrified at the idea of her going into a nursing facility at first. That was until I visited her the day she arrived. The staff were friendly and understanding that we wanted what was best for her. They had an attentive nursing staff and I noticed how they treated each resident with kindness. I was able to go home each day knowing that mother was taken care of and would be able to have her needs responded to. I applaud the therapy team for helping Mom get stronger again and be able to come home again. Mom is happy and healthy and also has wonderful things to say about Ridgeview. Thank you all!

I have received therapy to assist me to transfer to and from my bed and toilet to wheelchair with supervision. The staff treated me with the utmost respect. I feel like this is my family. Therapy assisted me with getting me a new customer wheelchair to help with my swelling in my legs and feet. The food is wonderful, and I would recommend Ridgeview Village to others in the community. I enjoy going on outings with the other residents. We get to enjoy going to movies, out to eat and to Walmart. Ridgeview is clean, well taken care of and the staff is nice and helpful to me. The nurses and CNAs are amazing and help me with all my needs as they arise.

Several years ago in 2016 I ended up with blood clots in my lungs and I ended up in a different facility, but it was filthy and did not have good food. I then made the move to Ridgeview in August of 2019. I love Ridgeview because it is kept clean, has good activities, and the food has been good. The people that live here are wonderful, especially nurses and CNA’s and office staff for the most part. We have a new Administrator that is awesome and does not play when we take a problem to him. Therapy is also good.

My mother is here at the facility in Ridgeview and so far the care has been very good. The only issue we ever had was a lost piece of clothing. The people here are really friendly. The people here are really good to her, and the employees are really good to her. So far so good as new owners have taken over. I am happy.
